Hyderabad: Ahead of the Intermediate examinations starting on March 5, authorities have imposed restrictions on public gatherings near exam centers in the Rachakonda commissionerate.
Rachakonda Police Commissioner Sudheer Babu has issued an order enforcing these restrictions under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS). The ban will be in effect from 6:00 AM on March 5 until 6:00 PM on March 25.
As per the directive, all gatherings within a 200-meter radius of exam centers are strictly prohibited. However, exemptions have been granted to on-duty police officials, army personnel, home guards, the Hyderabad education department’s flying squad, and bonafide funeral processions.
