Actress Kalpika Ganesh Booked for Misbehavior and Property Damage at Prism Pub in Hyderabad

A police case has been registered against Telugu actress Kalpika Ganesh for her alleged involvement in a late-night altercation at Prism Pub, located in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The incident is said to have occurred on May 29, during a birthday celebration.
According to a complaint filed by the management of Prism Pub, Kalpika Ganesh and a friend were celebrating her birthday when a heated argument broke out between them and the pub staff. The complaint alleges that the actress refused to settle the bill, abused staff members, and damaged property during the altercation.
Authorities say the Gachibowli police were called to the scene and reportedly witnessed further misbehavior. Following court approval, the police registered a case under the following sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS):
Section 324(4) – Related to causing hurt or injury
Section 352 – Punishment for assault or use of criminal force
Section 351(2) – Relating to mischief and property damage
Police have confirmed that an official notice is likely to be served to Kalpika Ganesh shortly for questioning as part of the ongoing investigation.
