Kavitha Unveils “Leader” Training Program Poster

In a significant step toward nurturing the next generation of political thinkers and changemakers, Member of Legislative Council (MLC) Kalvakuntla Kavitha unveiled the poster of a political training program titled “Leader”, an initiative organized by Telangana Jagruti. The event, held in Hyderabad, was marked by enthusiasm and the shared vision of empowering youth to take active roles in public leadership.

The “Leader” training program is designed to equip aspiring political leaders with the necessary skills, ideological clarity, and grassroots understanding required in today’s dynamic political landscape. The program is expected to cover a range of subjects, including political theory, constitutional values, public policy, oratory skills, and digital campaigning strategies.

While addressing the gathering, MLC Kavitha emphasized the importance of structured political training in a democracy. She said, “In a country with a rich democratic fabric like India, it is essential to groom leaders who are not just emotionally driven but intellectually prepared. The ‘Leader’ program will shape individuals who can truly serve the people with dedication, knowledge, and vision.”

Telangana Jagruti, founded by Kavitha, has been at the forefront of youth engagement, cultural resurgence, and social responsibility in the state. Over the years, the organization has played a critical role in promoting Telangana’s heritage and raising awareness on various civic and political issues. The introduction of a structured political training program further strengthens the organization’s commitment to community building and leadership development.

The unveiled poster features strong visual elements symbolizing progress, integrity, and youth empowerment. It was launched in the presence of several Telangana Jagruti members, educators, student leaders, and local influencers who lauded the initiative.

During her speech, Kavitha urged the youth to rise above political apathy and take part in shaping the future of the nation. “We need educated and socially aware leaders who can bring a positive change. The ‘Leader’ program will serve as a launchpad for such individuals,” she added.

The program is expected to be rolled out across various districts of Telangana in the coming months. It will feature workshops, guest lectures by senior political leaders, field visits, and hands-on learning modules. Interested candidates will be able to register through an online platform which will be launched shortly.
