Hyderabad police deny Permission for Kanhaiya Kumar meet at Crystal Garden Hyderabad.

The Communist Party of India’s (CPI) Hyderabad District Council has dropped its indoor open gathering that was booked for Monday, where previous Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) Students Union president Kanhaiya Kumar should talk, as the city police has not yet given consent for it.

ET Narasimha, secretary of the CPI, stated, “We had looked for authorization from the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) West zone on January 8, yet till now the DCP has not given or denied consent.” The program was arranged at Crystal Gardens Function Hall in Mehdipatnam.

“The DCP requested the Crystal Gardens the executives not to make any courses of action for the gathering till further correspondence from them,” he said. Narasimha further stated, “We had gone after for authorization, however there is no reaction from the police.”
